We aim to dispatch all orders on the same or next day, but delivery times are usually 2-5 working days.
Delivery options vary depending on the size of the order/package and the address.
When you have made a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation so that you know that your order has been registered. You will then receive a delivery confirmation after the order has been approved and sent. If there are any delays or changes, we will contact you via email.
We usually send with Postnord to your mailbox, or to the nearest agent.

We apply a 14-day right of return calculated from the day you picked up your order. The product must be unused and in original condition with labels and any original packaging intact.
You are responsible for return shipping, but if there is something wrong with your order, we will send you a prepaid return shipping slip.
We do not sell to minors without guardian's approval.
